Our Tenant Portal has been designed to provide simple, round the clock assistance so that you can manage your account at your convenience.

To register an account please click here.  You will need an active e-mail address, your property reference and your name as it appears on our correspondence.  

By registering an account, you will be able to:

  • View your balance and account history
  • Make secure online payments
  • Manage your contact details
  • Opt in for our 'Paperless' service
  • Download copy demands and other important documents.

Online Tenant Services

We are working hard to make all of our services available through our Tenant Portal.  We now offer the following online processes;

  • Application for Landlord's Consent
  • Sublet Consent / Registration form
  • Request to update / correct your Name on our database
  • Application for a copy of your Lease.

Please check out the Forms menu when you are logged in to your Tenant Portal account.  

Your Security and Privacy

All card payments are processed by SagePay, who hold the highest level of card security accreditation available - PCI DSS Level 1.  Please click here for more information about SagePay and the security measures they have in place to protect your details.

Any information we collect will only ever be used to help us manage your account.  We will not share this information with any third party unless we have a legitimate and legal reason to do so.  For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

Registration is simple;

  • Go to our Registration Page
  • Complete the Registration Form entering your 11 digit Property Reference, Name (exactly as it appears on our correspondence) and a valid email address.

Please note: your name has to be typed exactly as it appears on any correspondence we have sent you.

  • Click "Register" and you will be sent an email with confirmation of your user name and password, which you will be able to use to login immediately.

Please remember, it is your responsibility to keep your password safe and secure.

If you would like to change your password to something more memorable than the randomly generated one sent to you at registration:

  • Go to the change password screen on the Tenant Portal
  • Enter your 11 digit PROPERTY REFERENCE and EXISTING PASSWORD and specify and confirm your new password in the boxes provided.
  • Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain both numbers and a mixture of upper and lower case alphabetic characters. When ready click SAVE.

You will have automatically been logged in to your account with your new password.

Please remember, it is your responsibility to keep your password safe and secure.

If you do not remember your password:

  • Click here
  • Enter your PROPERTY REFERENCE (your 11 digit code used to register your account) and the email address you have registered with us in the boxes provided.

When ready click FORGOTTEN PASSWORD and you will be sent a new password to your email address which you can use to login immediately.

Please remember, it is your responsibility to keep your password safe and secure.

Once you are logged in, you can change the email address you entered originally on the MY DETAILS page.

You can also change other details such as your method and address for correspondence. Any updates you make will take effect immediately.

Please note that in accordance with the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, we are unable to accept a postal address outside of England and Wales.

You can update your e-mail address through the 'My Details' page on our Tenant Portal.

Please ensure you quote your 11 digit Property Reference in all correspondence.

If you have not registered an account, please click here. Upon registration, you will automatically be set up for paperless billing.

If you wish to change your preferences, please login and click on the 'My details' page. Then simply select Email as your 'Method of correspondence' and click 'Update'.

Once you have registered, you can log in here and make payments by going to the 'Make a Payment' page.

Click PROCESS PAYMENTS and follow the on screen prompts where you will be taken to SagePay’s secure servers to complete the transaction.

Your payment will show on your account immediately and will appear as a transaction in the 'History' page straight away.
