Updating contact details: You can update your correspondence address at any time through our secure Tenant Portal.
Ground Rent demands: The Tenant Portal holds current and historic Demands and can be accessed by logging in and viewing your documents.
Telephone Payments: Although our staff are unable to take payments over the telephone, we have an automated telephone payment system which can be accessed by calling 020 7940 4760 and selecting Option 1.
Recently sold properties: We cannot remove your contact details until we receive formal Notification from the new owner's solicitor. Please contact your solicitor for assistance.

Receiving letters regarding Subletting?: Please click here for more information about sublet including how to register new Tenancy Agreements online. If you have a "rolling" Tenancy Agreement, tell us, free of charge by clicking here.
