Registration is an easy, three step process:

① Sign Up

You just need your Property Reference and Unique Code which can be found on a recent Ground Rent Demand.

Then, just enter the email address you wish to use for future correspondence, choose a password and click Sign Up. . .

② Secure your account

To help you recover your account, we are now asking for answers to security questions of your choice.

These will only be used when you are having difficulty logging in and nobody at Freehold Managers has access to your answers.

 ③ Finish up

If we have a different email address on record to the one you just have provided, you will be given the opportunity to select the one you wish to use. 

When you are happy, click to accept the Terms and Conditions, and continue.

You will now be logged in and can take advantage of the benefits of using our new online Tenant Portal.
