Governance

We are a team of dedicated and experienced professionals. Having been in operation for over 30 years, we are experts in the asset management of leasehold properties. On behalf of our landlord clients, we act as long-term stewards of residential buildings, providing a range of administrative services including ground rent collection, rent reviews, property transfer matters, placement and management of buildings insurance, providing landlord consent and dealing with lease extension renewals.

As a member of the Residential Freehold Association (RFA), we are committed to adhering to the high standards set out in the Code of Conduct.

Social Responsibility

We are dedicated to fostering positive social impact through responsible asset management and community engagement initiatives. Our team is proud to support local charitable initiatives including the Whitechapel Mission, which is a local housing shelter for the homeless and marginalised, where we volunteered for the 'Clothing Challenge'.

Environmental Responsibility

As an organisation, we are keen to embed sustainable practices into our company culture and across our client's portfolio.  We have partnered with Positive Planet as we embark on our pathway to reducing our carbon emissions. We are measuring our carbon footprint annually and have implemented a Carbon Reduction Plan, with the aim of becoming 'net zero'. We also support a range of environmental initiatives, promote paperless billing wherever possible and look to work with suppliers and contractors who promote similar, sustainable business policies. Together, we can create a brighter, more positive future.
