If you do not remember your password, you can reset it from the Sign Up Screen

Click Forgotten Password Enter your Property Reference Enter the email address you used when you first registered on the Tenant Portal If you do not remember this, or no longer have access to this account, you will have to use the Account Recovery Option When ready click RESET PASSWORD and, if this email address is the one we have on record for you, you will receive an email with your new passwordwhich you can use to login immediately.
