You can change your Correspondence Details at any time under the MY ACCOUNT option within your Online Tenant Portal Account.

If you need to alter all three, then make the changes and just click UPDATE DETAILS once.
Please note: we are unable to write to addresses within England and Wales. If you live outside this area, please use the property address and ensure you are signed up to paperless billing (METHOD OF CORRESPONDENCE set to Email) to ensure your documents reach you in a timely manner.
