CHANGE CORRESPONDENCE DETAILS

You can change your Correspondence Details at any time under the MY ACCOUNT option within your Online Tenant Portal Account.

To change your email address:

  • Type in a your new email address in EMAIL ADDRESS and click UPDATE DETAILS

To change your method of correspondence:

  • Under METHOD OF CORRESPONDENCE choose how you wish to be contacted and click UPDATE DETAILS

To change your address:

  • Type your postcode in the box to the left of the FIND YOUR ADDRESS button
  • Click FIND YOUR ADDRESS
  • Select address from the list
  • Click UPDATE DETAILS

If you need to alter all three, then make the changes and just click UPDATE DETAILS once.

Please note: we are only able to write to addresses within England and Wales.  If you live outside this area, please use the property address and ensure you are signed up to paperless billing (METHOD OF CORRESPONDENCE set to Email) to ensure your documents reach you in a timely manner.
