We are able to accept payment by Bank Transfer from Solicitors, please email us to request our Bank Details. Please note that Leaseholders are able to pay for the Pre-Sale Enquiry Pack via the Tenant Portal using a debit or credit card. 

Solicitors acting in connection with the sale or purchase of a leasehold property will need to contact us to fulfill their conveyancing requirements.

We are unable to respond to service charge information requests, and would ask that these queries be directed to the block management firm.

I am  selling/purchasing a leasehold property...

You need to ensure that your appointed Solicitors have provided us with a Notice of Transfer so that we can update our records accordingly. 

In accordance with our Tenant Charter we aim to respond to all correspondence within 10 working days. We will advise your solicitors of this immediately to ensure enquiries are submitted in good time and there are no delays to your transaction.

We will liaise with your solicitors direct, please revert to their office for any updates in the first instance.

You are able to request a Pre-Sale Pack Via the Tenant Portal In order to request the Pack we will require your Solicitors Name and email address.

The information contained within our pack should be helpful for, and may be required by, any solicitor acting for a prospective purchaser.

The leaseholder ordering a pack online is the quickest, cheapest and easiest way to get you the information you might need.

Leaseholders will need to click here to order a pre-sale enquiry pack for their property.

Leaseholders are able to request a pack online via our Tenant Portal. They will need to provide us with your email address to allow us to send the pack to you directly. By Leaseholders paying using their Debit or Credit Card via the Tenant Portal, we are able to provide the pack within 5 working days and at a reduced cost of £245.00 (inc. VAT)

 Our offline fee to provide the Pre-Sale Pack is £295.00 (inc. VAT). Please note that we are able to accept payment by Bank Transfer or cheque, however this will result in a longer turn around time. Please contact us for our Bank Details.

 We are able to provide an expedited service for urgent matters. Our fee to do so is an additional £195.00 (inc. VAT) for a response within 48 hours of receipt of funds (excludes weekends/bank holidays).

 Our Pre-Sale Pack includes the following:

  • Ground Rent Information
  • Insurance Certificate (if the Property is insured through the Landlords Broker)
  • Confirmation of Breach of Lease
  • Lease & Title information
  • Contact information for the Managing Agent responsible for collecting the Service Charge.
  • Draft Deed of Covenant.
  • Notice Template
