We are able to accept payment by Bank Transfer from Solicitors, please email us to request our Bank Details. Please note that Leaseholders are able to pay for the Pre-Sale Enquiry Pack via the Tenant Portal using a debit or credit card. 

Solicitors acting in connection with the sale or purchase of a leasehold property will need to contact us to fulfill their conveyancing requirements.

We are unable to respond to service charge information requests, and would ask that these queries be directed to the block management firm.

I am  selling/purchasing a leasehold property...

You need to ensure that your appointed Solicitors have provided us with a Notice of Transfer so that we can update our records accordingly. 

In accordance with our Tenant Charter we aim to respond to all correspondence within 10 working days. We will advise your solicitors of this immediately to ensure enquiries are submitted in good time and there are no delays to your transaction.

We will liaise with your solicitors direct, please revert to their office for any updates in the first instance.

You are able to request a Pre-Sale Pack Via the Tenant Portal In order to request the Pack we will require your Solicitors Name and email address.

The information contained within our pack should be helpful for, and may be required by, any solicitor acting for a prospective purchaser.

Ordering a pack online is the quickest, cheapest and easiest way to get your solicitor the information they might need.

Our fee to provide a pre-sale enquiry pack is £240.00 inclusive of VAT.

Our pack includes a range of information about your property including, Ground Rent and Lease details, a formal Statement of Account, Insurance Certificate (where insurance is placed through the Landlord's broker), confirmation of any breaches, details of our after-sale requirements and a draft Deed of Covenant.

On receipt of payment, we aim to provide all pre-sale enquiry packs within 10 working days, although it can take longer during busy times.

An expedited service is available for urgent matters, and we will provide our pack within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
