We would advise you to send us the payment owed to avoid receiving any administration charges on your account, you will need to contact your Managing agent for a refund of your payment made in error.

If you have recently sold the property, please contact your solicitor without delay. It may be the case that the new owner has yet to serve Notice of Transfer as required by the lease.
It is essential that all legal formalities are undertaken promptly so that we may update our records. We regret to advise that we are unable to remove your details until we are served with a formal Notice of Transfer.
