You can change your password at any time from within your Online Tenant Portal Account.

Passwords need to be 8 characters long and be a combination of both numbers and letters.

• Click MY ACCOUNT on the left hand menu

• Enter your new password in the NEW PASSWORD box and confirm it in the NEW PASSWORD CONFIRMATION box

• Click UPDATE DETAILS, and your new password is set.

It is your responsibility to ensure your password remains confidential.  If you suspect anybody has access to your account, change your password immediately.
