If you are unsure of your password and can't remember the email address you registered your account with, or no longer have access to that email, you can recover your account online.
From the Sign Up Screen
- Click Account Recovery
- Enter your Property Reference
- Enter the email address you wish to use for future correspondence
- Click CONTINUE
- Provide the answers you gave to both Security Questions
- Click CONTINUE
- You will be sent a new password to the email address provided by you which you can use to login immediately.
