Our staff are unable to take card payments manually over the telephone.

If you have any difficulties updating your details, please call us on 020 7940 4760 and select Option 2 to speak to one of our Agents.

If you sent us a cheque more than 28 day's ago, and this does not appear on your account, please check your bank statement to establish whether the cheque has cleared your bank account.  If it has, please call one of our Agents on 020 7940 4760 and select Option 2.

You will need to provide us with the cheque details so that we may investigate further.
