Sublet Application

You can notify us of any sublet requirements online, through our secure Tenant portal which you can Login to, or Register at any time.  Once logged in, select the appropriate Sublet Form from the Forms menu and follow the on screen prompts.  The entire process should take only a few moments.

Rolling Contracts

Where you allow an existing Tenancy Agreement to lapse and become a “Statutory Periodic Tenancy”, or “rolling” monthly contract, you should complete our Sublet: Exception Notification to provide this confirmation.

Sublet Certificate

Upon receipt of an online form, we will seek to register the Tenancy details on our database within five working days.

Once registration is completed, a Sublet Certificate will be uploaded into your Tenant Portal account. This completes our process and provides confirmation that we have registered your details. You can access your Certificates area here.

If we have contacted you in relation to subletting but you are not in fact subletting the property, please click here to complete our Sublet: Exception Notification.  You should select the most appropriate option when completing the form.

We may contact you periodically for an update and you should ensure that any subsequent Tenancy Agreement is registered within the time frame stipulated within the lease.


Permission from a previous Landlord does not override the requirements of the lease to register each new Tenancy Agreement.

If you have any concerns, please contact us and provide us with a copy of the historic permission and we will review and confirm our requirements.

The specific requirements contained within your lease must be adhered to, regardless of the type of mortgage you have in place.

You should ensure that each Tenancy Agreement is registered within any time frame stipulated in the lease.

Registration is simple;

  • Go to our Registration Page
  • Complete the Registration Form entering your 11 digit Property Reference, Name (exactly as it appears on our correspondence) and a valid email address.

Please note: your name has to be typed exactly as it appears on any correspondence we have sent you.

  • Click "Register" and you will be sent an email with confirmation of your user name and password, which you will be able to use to login immediately.

Please remember, it is your responsibility to keep your password safe and secure.

The quickest and easiest way to submit an application for subletting is to log in to your online account and fill out one of our online forms. By submitting your application online, you will be able to benefit from our reduced online fee.
