If any mortgage lender has asked for confirmation that the Lessor will permit Subletting at your property, including where you do not yet have a Tenancy Agreement to register, we can provide a simple confirmation that Subletting will be permitted, subject to certain conditions.

The main condition is that the subletting arrangement is permitted under the lease, and that where applicable, you register the Tenancy Agreement with us by completing our Sublet: Registration/Application.

Our fee

We charge a one-off fee of £95.00 inclusive of VAT to provide such confirmation.  Please contact us here with any request.

Timescale 

We will seek to provide our confirmation as quickly as possible but at the latest within 14 days of receipt.
