We have systems in place that enable continuity of many of our processes throughout this difficult period, but we would ask that you avoid using postal services to correspond with us, including using cheques to pay for your Ground Rent and other services.  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to written correspondence during this time.

Our website will continue to be online where you can settle your outstanding balance; pay for additional services; and administer your account.

You will still be able to contact our staff via telephone, but please be aware, as the situation evolves, our service in this respect will may well reduce as new Government directives are published.

Our Automated Telephone Payment System will still be available for you to pay outstanding balances.
