We are able to accept payment by Bank Transfer from Solicitors, please email us to request our Bank Details. Please note that Leaseholders are able to pay for the Pre-Sale Enquiry Pack via their account using a debit or credit card. 

We are unable to respond to service charge information requests, and would ask that these queries be directed to the block management firm.

The information contained within our pack should be helpful for, and may be required by, any solicitor acting for a prospective purchaser.

The leaseholder selling the property can order the Pre-Sale Pack through their account. This is the cheapest and easiest way to get you the information you might need.

Our Pre-Sale Pack includes the following:

  • Ground Rent Information
  • Insurance Certificate (if the Property is insured through the Landlords Broker)
  • Confirmation of Breach of Lease
  • Lease & Title information
  • Contact information for the Managing Agent responsible for collecting the Service Charge.
  • Draft Deed of Covenant.
  • Notice Template

Online Fee: £245 (Inc VAT)

Leaseholders are able to request a pack online via their account and pay using their Debit or Credit Card.

They will need to provide us with your email address to allow us to send the pack to you directly. 

Offline Fee: £300 (inc VAT)

Should you wish to make the payment yourself, you can do by Bank Transfer or cheque at the increased cost of £300 (inc VAT).

Expedited Fee

We are able to provide an expedited service for urgent matters.

Our fee for this service is an additional £195.00 (inc. VAT) for a response within 48 hours of receipt of funds (excludes weekends/bank holidays).

To further expedite matters, consider asking your client to request the pack online. As payment is immediate, turn around times can be quicker.

On receipt of payment, we aim to provide all pre-sale enquiry packs within 10 working days, although it can take longer during busy times.

Note, as the receipt by credit or debit card on through our online services is immediate, by requesting that your client orders the Pre-Sale Pack will ensure an even faster turnaround.

If you have already placed an order and are waiting to receive your pack, contact a member of our team to discuss an upgrade.  We will do our very best to provide our pack to your solicitor on the same day.

In accordance with our Tenant Charter we aim to respond to all correspondence within 10 working days, although this could take longer during busy periods. We will advise your solicitors of this immediately to ensure enquiries are submitted in good time and there are no delays to your transaction.
