Freehold Managers do not directly provide property maintenance services. Instead, we work closely with experienced, third-party Managing Agents who are appointed to carry out these services on behalf of the Landlord. These Managing Agents are professionals with expertise in maintaining and managing properties, ensuring that all necessary upkeep and maintenance work is undertaken to a high standard.
For any inquiries related to the maintenance services provided to your property, we recommend reaching out to your designated Managing Agent as your first point of contact. They will be able to provide you with detailed information and address any concerns or issues regarding the upkeep of your property.
Additionally, if your lease stipulates that you must become a member of a Residents Management Company (RMC), the responsibility for arranging and overseeing all maintenance services will fall to the RMC. This ensures that residents have a direct say in how their properties and communal areas are managed and maintained.
