The fastest and most convenient way to receive mail from us. Delivered directly into your inbox, the day it was sent.
Download your invoices and other important documents
From Ground Rent Invoices to Insurance Certificates and much more. Your Online Services Account is your repository of essential documents regarding your property.

A guide to the Online Services
You can change your password at any time from within your Online Account.
Passwords need to be atleast 8 characters long; it MUST include a small character, a capital character, a digit and special character.
- Click CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD on the left hand menu
- Enter your current password in the CURRENT PASSWORD
- Enter your new password in the NEW PASSWORD box and confirm it in the NEW PASSWORD CONFIRMATION box
- Click CHANGE PASSWORD, and your new password is set.
It is your responsibility to ensure your password remains confidential. If you suspect anybody has access to your account, change your password immediately.
If you do not remember your password, you can reset it from the REGISTER Screen

You can change your Security Questions / Answers at any time within your account.

Please Note: The answers you provide to these questions are used purely to help you recover your account should you need to. The values you provide are encrypted and nobody at Freehold Managers PLC are able to access these details. |
If you are unsure of your password and can't remember the email address you registered your account with, or no longer have access to that email, you can recover your account online.
From the Sign Up Screen
- Click Account Recovery
- Enter your Property Reference and click RECOVER ACCOUNT
- Provide the answers you gave to both Security Questions and click RECOVER ACCOUNT
- Enter the email address you wish to use for future correspondence and Click RECOVER ACCOUNT
Your account as been recovered. If you know the password, you can login now; otherwise click FORGOTTEN PASSWORD and follow the process.
Please remember, it is your responsibility to keep your password safe and secure.
You can change your Correspondence Details at any time within your account.
Click UPDATE YOUR DETATLS option on the left hand menu

If you need to alter all three, then make the changes and just click UPDATE DETAILS once. Please note: we are only able to write to addresses within England and Wales. If you live outside this area, please use the property address and ensure you are signed up to paperless billing (METHOD OF CORRESPONDENCE set to Email) to ensure your documents reach you in a timely manner. |
Paying Outstanding Balance
To pay your outstanding balance:
- Click on Make a Payment from left hand menu.
- Confirm your outstanding balance and then enter enter your card and address details.
- When ready, click SUBMIT PAYMENT.
- Complete any necessary 3D Secure requirements from your bank.
- Upon a successful payment, you will see the confirmation details on your screen.
