Should you be interested in redeeming your Chief Rent, log on to your account and complete the simple Chief Rent Redemption form.

Timescales

Upon receipt of payment, we will seek to provide a Deed of Release within ten working days.

Independent Advice

We always recommend seeking your own independent legal advice. However, it is possible to redeem your Chief Rent without this.

If you are unsure, free and independent advice can be obtained from Citizen’s Advice Bureau or the government funded Lease organisation.
