In the run up to Christmas our telephone service will be extremely limited and you may experience longer wait times than usual.
We apologise for any inconvenience and will endeavour to answer calls as quickly as possible.

Our offices will be closed from midday on 24th December until Monday 4th January 2021.
During this time payments can still be made through our automated telephone payment system and online via our website where you will also be able to administer your account and apply for selected services.
If you have not already registered for a Tenant Portal account, you can do so here. You will need your Property Reference and Unique Code, both of which can be located in the top right hand corner of your latest Demand.
